Returns terms for trade customers
Sitara Fashion supplies businesses only. There is therefore no statutory right of withdrawal for consumers (see Right of withdrawal (German)). The following rules for wholesale customers apply to defect claims.
Defective or damaged goods only
Only goods that are defective or damaged will be taken back. Goods without defects are excluded from return under the wholesale returns policy.
Report within 48 hours
A defect must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Reports received after the 48-hour period can no longer be considered.
Video evidence required
To check whether the defect is due to production or transport, video evidence (unboxing video) is required that clearly shows the condition of the goods.
Return address
Returns are sent to the company address: Sitara Textil GmbH, Breslauer Str. 8, 41460 Neuss.
