How do I get wholesale prices?
Wholesale prices are visible only after you apply for a trade account and we activate it by hand. Apply on the “Apply for a trade account” page. Our team checks your details personally. After activation, your account shows prices and you can place orders.
Who can order from Sitara Fashion?
Only businesses can order. Sitara Fashion supplies retailers, resellers, specialist retailers and other trade customers. We do not supply private customers. To order, your business needs a trade account that we have approved. Apply with your company name, VAT ID or tax number, and contact details.
How do I apply for a trade account?
Use the “Apply for a trade account” page. Send your company name, VAT ID or tax number, email address and phone number. We check your details by hand before we activate your account. After activation, you can see prices and place orders.
What is the minimum order value?
The minimum order value is €200 net (excluding VAT). Prices are per piece. Some items are sold in size packs, so the quantity must be a multiple of the pack size. You will see the price of each item after your account is approved.
Are prices net or gross?
Prices for business customers are shown plus VAT. You see prices only after your trade account is approved. Prices are per piece, not per pack. Your order total is the price per piece times the number of pieces.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept advance payment by bank transfer in euros. You find our bank details on the order confirmation. Please transfer the invoice amount in euros.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 2–3 working days within Germany and 5 working days in the EU. We ship from Neuss with DHL or UPS. Times can vary by destination and by order. Questions about a specific delivery? Contact our sales team.
What does shipping cost?
Within Germany, shipping is a €15 flat rate up to 25 kg and free from €1,000 net. Shipping to EU countries starts at €25, depending on weight and destination country, and is free from €2,000 net. For orders over 25 kg we make an individual shipping quote. See also the Shipping page.
Where do you ship?
We ship with DHL or UPS from Germany to trade customers in Germany and in other European countries. We also supply customers in the United Kingdom; please contact our sales team for delivery details.
Can I return goods?
We take back only defective or damaged goods. Report the defect within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. A video of the box being opened (unboxing video) that clearly shows the condition of the goods is required. Reports after 48 hours may not be accepted. Goods without defects cannot be returned under our wholesale terms. The return address is Sitara Textil GmbH, Breslauer Str. 8, 41460 Neuss, Germany.
Is there a right of withdrawal?
No. The statutory right of withdrawal applies to consumers, and Sitara Fashion supplies businesses only. The terms for defective goods and returns for wholesale customers apply. See Defective goods & returns and our terms and conditions (German).
Can I visit the showroom?
Yes, but only by appointment. Our showroom is at Breslauer Str. 8, 41460 Neuss, Germany. You can look at the goods there. Registered trade customers can also buy on site.
Which sizes are available?
Sizes depend on the model. Trousers are available in sizes 38 to 54. Jackets, coats and gilets are available in sizes 38 to 58. Blouses, knitwear and jumpers are available in sizes S to XXXL. The exact range is on each product page.
How are sizes sold?
Trousers are sold in single sizes. Jackets and coats are sold in size packs, for example Pack A, B or C with 4 pieces each. Blouses, knitwear and jumpers are sold in packs with a fixed size distribution (depending on the model, 5, 6, 7 or 8 pieces per pack). Quantities are in pieces and must be multiples of the pack size. For models available in several colours, you also choose the colour.
Where can I find material details?
The material composition, for example 100% polyester for the quilted coat and the winter parka, is shown on each product page.
Who is behind Sitara Fashion?
Sitara Fashion is a brand of Sitara Textil GmbH in Neuss, Germany. The company is registered at the local court (Amtsgericht) of Neuss under HRB 9473. Full company details are in our Impressum (legal notice), which is available in German. You can contact us by email or phone.
